Subcontract Task Manager
About the role
Evaluates, negotiates, and manages assigned subcontracts to perform to each project’s specifications, quality, budget, schedule, and earned value requirements. Acts as the main focal point to the subcontractor and program management office. Authors, manages, and influences critical path releases of Statements of Work (SOWs) and plans to align with required schedules and subcontractor lead times. Develops sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans addressing overall program capture needs and execution. Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company, pertaining to the planned outsourced portion of the project(s). Establishes milestone objectives and manages performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications.
Responsibilities
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
- Develops long-term strategies and tactical plans to achieve enterprise objectives
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building, leading through influence, and effective communication (verbal and written)
- Develops plans specifying goals, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources
- Establishes milestone objectives and manages performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications
Requirements
- Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914
