Subcontract Manager

About the role

The Subcontract Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing subcontractor relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, and facilitating communication between the prime contractor and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee subcontractor relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
• Facilitate communication between the prime contractor and subcontractors.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Resolve disputes and conflicts related to subcontractor performance.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on subcontractor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management or similar field.
• Experience working with subcontractors in the aerospace industry preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
