About the role

This is a remote position available to candidates in the US. The role involves managing procurement processes and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods/services
  • Research and evaluate potential suppliers
  • Prepare and execute purchase orders
  • Monitor contract compliance and manage disputes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with procurement software tools is a plus

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in procurement
