About the role
The Subcontract Administrator Stf at Lockheed Martin is responsible for managing subcontractor relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, and facilitating communication between the company and its subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with subcontractors to ensure project success
- Review and approve subcontractor invoices and payments
- Ensure all subcontractor activities comply with company policies and contractual agreements
- Resolve issues and conflicts with subcontractors in a timely manner
- Prepare and submit reports on subcontractor performance and compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in subcontract management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of contract law and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
