Responsibilities

  • Administer the full lifecycle of complex indirect subcontracts, including solicitation, award, and closeout activities.
  • Lead procurement and subcontract administration for large components and assemblies, coordinating with engineering, quality, and program teams.
  • Negotiate, establish, and manage long-term agreements and Master Service Agreements, including pricing structures, volume commitments, and performance frameworks.
  • Develop and administer milestone-based statements of work, monitoring subcontractor performance and facilitating payment authorization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years (Level 2) or 5+ years (Level 3) of subcontract administration or procurement experience.
  • Proven experience administering complex subcontracts and long-term agreements, including negotiation and management of terms and conditions.
  • Strong proficiency with ERP/procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
