Qualifications
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1) Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and at least three (3) years of direct procurement and/or subcontract administration experience.
- 2) Supply Chain Management Degree with completed internship, OR
- 3) High School diploma and at least seven (7) years of direct procurement administration experience.
- Experienced in the administration of Fixed Price Contract Type Purchase Orders.
- Experience with procurement/subcontract administration of maintenance and operations projects, production facilities, or processing plants.
- Perceptual ability to identify, assimilate, and comprehend the critical elements of a situation.
- Working knowledge of purchasing principles and applications, commercial law, and knowledge of federal regulations; FARs, DFARs.
- Excellent negotiation and verbal communication skills, analytical skills in price analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Office products, and demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in Internet-based electronic commerce tools.
- PREFERRED:
- Experience in Oil and Gas Industry: Information Technology (IT) Data systems Goods and Services.
- Working Knowledge of all SAP modules.
- Desired Certifications: ISM-Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), APICS-Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
