About the role

The Subcontract Administrator will be responsible for managing subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions, and facilitating communication between the company and its subcontractors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain subcontract agreements and related documentation
  • Ensure all subcontractors comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between the company and subcontractors
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and provide feedback as necessary
  • Resolve disputes and issues related to subcontract agreements
  • Prepare and submit required reports and updates to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration or related field
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and industry standards
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
