About the role
The FAST Labs™ Supply Chain organization is looking to hire a Principal Subcontract Administrator to support the FAST Labs™ Fundamental Research mission. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of fundamental research subcontracts across a diverse group of technology partners and academic institutions. Responsibilities include executing proprietary information agreements (PIAs), as well as the full subcontract lifecycle from the proposal phase through negotiation, award, execution, and final close-out.

Requirements
- DoD Subcontracts Experience
- ITAR and International Procurement Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to find win-win solutions; a 'make it happen' attitude
- Proficient use of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations policies and procedures
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience
- U.S. Citizenship
- Travel
Qualifications
- Experience working in a DoD subcontracting environment
- PMP certification (viewed favorably)
- Prior experience with Oracle (viewed favorably)
Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $87,560 - $148,830. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
