Sub Trainer (Arc Works)

Responsibilities
- Create calendars and lesson plans for skills training
- Facilitate classroom instruction
- Cook up guest presentations
- Work closely with Arc Works and Arc Educates team members to ensure seamless support is provided to participants in and outside of the classroom
- Empower participants to strive for economic success and self-sufficiency
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred with a preference for credentials within Special Education, Vocational Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Successfully complete required screening: Level II background check, physical and drug screen
- Prior experience working with people with disabilities
- 1-3 years of related experience as an educator/trainer
