Responsibilities

• Hire, Train & Develop Team Members - Provide prompt, regular, and detailed feedback to team members on coaching, lead follow-up, and promotional sessions
• Be responsible for training, development, and performance of 10 part-time and full-time coaches.
• Create a workable schedule extending at least 4 weeks out, providing coverage for all open hours and maximizing coach productivity
• Maintain a functional knowledge of fitness-related topics, especially those discussed in corporate communications from the brand.
• Model professionalism through appropriate attire, language, attitude, personal hygiene, promptness, honesty, and integrity
• Administer client accounts, including the completion of all necessary forms, credit card charges, data entry, and clerical duties
• Respond promptly to all email correspondence, phone calls, and text messages from clients, prospects, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Contribute to and oversee the maintenance of a clean and well-organized studio.
• Notify the owner of any required repairs.
