Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching the studio team, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.
Every day, you're building a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.
Paid experience managing 4-8 team members.
Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
Using patented equipment and proven protocols, Stretch Zone practitioners help members improve athletic performance, increase range of motion, reduce stiffness, and enhance overall reaction time.
The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM).
The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions.
With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.
A career with Stretch Zone® means not just meeting and maintaining a level of excellence, but continually improving in skill, to further one’s expertise and to advance the industry.
As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
