About the role
As a Studio Manager at Stretch Zone, you will oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and help members experience the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching. You will also lead and develop a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Greet members by name and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for.
- Lead a team of up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
- Demonstrate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching to the team and support them in meeting sales goals.
- Track performance metrics, review KPIs, and ensure the studio hits daily and monthly goals.
- Resolve member questions and concerns with professionalism and a personal touch.
- Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and service every day.
Requirements
- Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
- Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
