Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the floor. Welcome guests, pitch and close memberships, conduct rapid suite sanitization and turns between sessions, manage laundry, and maintain an immaculate studio environment.
• Partner with ownership to drive new lead growth. Build relationships with local businesses, coordinate corporate wellness perks, organize tabling events/giveaways, and actively represent Perspire in the Champaign community.
• Drive lead conversion through active outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective members and missed intro sessions.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach a high-performing MSA team. Oversee daily opening/closing procedures with 100% punctuality, manage studio supplies/inventory, and cover shifts as needed to ensure zero disruption to studio operations.

Requirements

• Hands-on work ethic: Willingness to jump straight into all daily tasks—from high-energy sales pitches to physical room cleaning and laundry management in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales & Outreach Mindset: Background in sales, field marketing, or customer service with a proven ability to ask for the sale and initiate local outreach.
• Uncompromising punctuality & reliability: Zero tolerance for late studio openings. You take pride in being dependable and keeping operations running seamlessly.
• Open availability: Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak business hours.
