As a Studio Manager, you will… Provide remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery experienceFollow established operational processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photographyManage performance and develop the skills of Team MembersAccountable for the studio’s ability to achieve results (sales average, customer satisfaction…) The Skills You’ll Bring Minimum 18 years of ageHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent; college degree preferred2+ years previous supervisory, retail, sales, service, or photography experience preferredAbility to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekendsStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to quickly develop rapport with children and adultsStrong math and intermediate computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry, and specifically Microsoft Excel) Pay Rate: $23.00 This position will accept applicants on an ongoing basis until filled.
