About the role
This BODY20® franchised studio is independently owned and operated under license by BODY20 Global USA LLC ("Franchisor"). Your application will go directly to the franchise studio owner, and all hiring decisions will be made by the studio owner or its management. Franchisor does not have any direct or indirect control over the franchised studio's employment practices. Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations by overseeing all aspects of studio performance, staff management, and member satisfaction.
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Coaches to exceed studio goals.
- Drive membership sales by managing lead follow-up, building strong client relationships, and maximizing studio utilization.
- Create a strong, positive studio culture focused on customer service, teamwork, and personal growth.
- Execute local marketing initiatives and organize in-studio and community events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Maintain operational excellence by ensuring the studio is clean, safe, fully stocked, and compliant with brand standards.
- Serve as the face of BODY20® within the community, building partnerships and representing the brand with energy and professionalism.
Requirements
- 2+ years in fitness sales or studio management (Boutique Fitness preferred)
- Track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong leadership, coaching, and customer service skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and community-driven
Qualifications
- Passionate, positive, and detail-oriented person
- Enjoy teamwork and want to be part of a world-class fitness company
- Willing to go all-in on an 80’s themed workout and might just drop and do a burpee for fun
