Responsibilities

• Works directly with Owner in support of studio operations and profitability
• Provides leadership through assisting with the ongoing development, training and support of the Sales Team and Coaches
• Responsible for achieving top-tier performance metrics including but not limited to revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenance
• Attends all directed monthly meetings
• Ensures necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while remaining within the studio budget
• Hosts weekly staff meetings as well as 1-on-1 biweekly meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach
• Ensures that all front desk procedures are followed such as proper Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiries (general and sales related), Past Due Account Procedures, Customer Care calls, etc.
• Plans, attends and promotes 5-7 special events for the studio monthly
• Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Customer Service experience with proven results
• 2-5 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry
• National fitness certification or degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology preferred

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
