Studio Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Studio Manager to lead the operation and staff of a portrait studio within a host environment. This role involves managing customer service, sales, photography, and team development to achieve studio results.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery experience
• Follow established operational processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography
• Manage performance and develop the skills of Team Members
• Accountable for the studio’s ability to achieve results, including sales averages and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 2+ years of previous supervisory, retail, sales, service, or photography experience preferred
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends

Skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to quickly develop rapport with children and adults
• Strong math and intermediate computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry, Microsoft Excel)
