Studio Manager
About the role
As a high-energy, customer-focused Dance Director, you will oversee the private and group dance classes throughout the week. You and your Fred Astaire team will help students reach their personal dance goals—from a single event to a lifelong journey of dance growth. You will enhance people’s lives every day by working closely with individuals from all walks of life, providing a level of personal enrichment unique to this environment.
We maintain regular, full-time studio hours throughout the week. Some events take place on weekday evenings and weekends, which you will attend with your students and oversee the staff.

Responsibilities
- Oversee private and group dance classes.
- Guide students in achieving their personal dance goals.
- Lead and inspire a team of dance professionals.
- Attend and manage studio events, including weekday evenings and weekends.
