About the role
We’re building the operating system for modern wellness businesses—products that don’t just look good, but actually help studio owners and instructors grow their community, increase revenue, and deliver world-class client experiences. That means sweating the details, questioning assumptions, and delivering tools that are as powerful behind the scenes as they are seamless for the end user.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of innovative wellness solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and high-quality outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform product decisions
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate those insights into product features
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Support the testing and deployment of new features
- Document and maintain codebase for future reference and collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant software development experience
- Experience with at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Passion for building impactful software solutions in the wellness industry
Qualifications
- Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular)
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
- Understanding of cloud services and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
