Studio+ Customer Growth Consulting - TMT - Manager
About the role
The opportunity involves leading customer transformation programs from vision to execution for clients in the TMT sector (Technology, Media, Telecom). This role focuses on shaping strategy, designing future state experiences, and leading cross-functional teams across multiple channels to deliver measurable business outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities
Define the transformation vision and roadmap across marketing strategy, operating model, and execution for clients in the TMT sector.
Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of growth strategists, martech/data specialists, designers and marketing operations specialists.
Oversee the design and implementation of scalable growth & marketing ways of working - including planning, workflow, governance, and AI-enabled content and campaign operations.
Act as a trusted partner to client growth, marketing, digital, and customer experience leaders - aligning stakeholders, driving decisions, and ensuring measurable outcomes.
Support the Practice leaders by developing commercial proposals, packaging solutions and offerings, developing thought leadership, and helping with recruiting.
Build continuous understanding and knowledge of the latest AI-driven marketing innovation and tools, and how they can be applied to drive personalization at scale, improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency, and optimize processes and operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Design, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
7+ years of experience in growth, marketing or customer experience consulting roles.
Proven track record leading growth strategy and execution programs and/or customer‑facing transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
Expertise across growth strategy, performance marketing, marketing processes and organization design, martech, CRM, campaign development & activation across paid and owned channels.
Significant experience in any of the following sectors: Media & Entertainment, Technology, Telecommunications.
Experience managing large global teams in distributed, hybrid, or offshore/onshore models.
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on direction.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and problem solving‑solving skills.
Strong client-facing presence with the ability to influence stakeholders and propose solutions complex business challenges.
Passion for mentoring and developing talents.
Curiosity and/or experience in AI-driven marketing.
Qualifications

Willingness for travel as follows: in office 2-3 Days/week, 50% domestic travel.

Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,000 to $267,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
