About the role
We're looking for a motivated Digital Services Support Analyst who is passionate about technology and creative production. This is an on-site, client-facing role supporting photography and video studios, where you'll troubleshoot digital capture systems, creative workstations, and enterprise IT equipment to keep productions running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, configure, and stage IT and digital capture equipment for daily photo and video productions.
- Test hardware, software, and tethered capture workflows before each shoot to ensure production readiness.
- Provide on-set technical support, quickly resolving hardware, software, networking, and digital capture issues.
- Support macOS and Windows workstations, Capture One, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, and studio peripherals.
- Troubleshoot camera-to-computer connections, storage devices, monitors, printers, and other production technology.
- Manage multiple support requests across active studios while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate inventory, asset tracking, equipment organization, and compliance.
- Coordinate equipment rentals, perform basic hardware maintenance, and identify opportunities to improve processes through automation.
- Partner with Enterprise IT teams to support technology deployments and ongoing operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Help Desk, Digital Capture, or a related technical role.
- Experience with Capture One, Adobe Creative Cloud, Lightroom, and Microsoft 365 (preferred).
- Experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS systems (preferred).
- Familiarity with professional photography equipment and tethered capture workflows (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and remain composed during fast-paced, client-facing productions.
- Knowledge of medium format, DSLR, or mirrorless camera systems (preferred).
- Familiarity with RAID storage, servers, networking, or cloud technologies (preferred).
- Experience supporting photography, video, or creative studio environments (preferred).
