Key Responsibilities
- Front office supervision and daily operations
- Student enrollment and registration management
- Assisting with maintaining records to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations
- Inventory, facilities, and office systems management
- Assisting with administrative duties
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or coursework in Education, Business Administration, Human Services, Social Work, or related field preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in school administration, office management, student services, education, human services, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience providing exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, student information systems, and other office technology
- Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and implementing best practices in student services and school operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in related field or a minimum of 1 year experience in related field
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience with student enrollment, registration, attendance, records management, or registrar functions
- Experience supporting Arizona Department of Education (ADE) compliance, reporting, or school operations
- Experience coordinating projects, office operations, or administrative functions with minimal supervision
Certification/Licenses/Other Requirements
- Must possess a valid Arizona Level I IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety
- Must have a valid Arizona Driver License
- Must have access to an insured personal vehicle and be able to use it for agency-related business as required by Arizona Center for Youth Resources (ACYR)
- Must have a reputation for honesty and trustworthiness
