Student Success Services Analyst (Admin Analyst/Spclst NE)
Job Summary
The anticipated salary hiring range is up to $4,799 - $4,993 per month (Steps 1 – 3), commensurate with qualifications and experience. This is a full-time (equivalent to 40 hours per week), probationary, non-exempt position.
The CSU system provides a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision plans, membership in the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS), sick and vacation time, and 15 paid holidays a year. Eligible employees are also able to participate in the fee waiver education program.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and prepare detailed written reports and correspondence
- Take initiative in maintaining current professional skills and pursuing appropriate training
- Serve as a key connector across the unit, ensuring operational alignment, timely execution of priorities, and a high standard of communication, service, and professionalism
- Plan, organize, and coordinate student success events and programming designed to foster connection, morale, engagement, and belonging among students, staff, and campus partners

- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent training and administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices, or programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of JD Edwards software systems
