Student Success Coach, Unbound Academy (Remote) - $60,000/year USD

What You Will Be Doing

• Facilitating engaging virtual workshops centered on life competencies including communication, creativity, analytical thinking, and self-management
• Coaching students individually and within small groups to cultivate confidence, accountability, and executive functioning skills
• Leveraging platform analytics and student indicators to tailor support and monitor development longitudinally
• Partnering with peer educators to develop and refine project-based learning frameworks
• Establishing a supportive, energized atmosphere where students feel recognized, stretched, and inspired to develop

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Instructing core academic content
• Adaptive AI tutoring systems manage that component
• Presenting scripted lectures or operating within a conventional classroom structure
• Evaluating worksheets, distributing homework assignments, or developing standardized lesson frameworks

Basic Requirements

• Available to commence end of July 2026
• Valid U.S. teaching certificate from any state, or an expired certificate eligible for reinstatement, with certification transferable to Arizona
• Strong virtual presence and comfort leading students via video
• Able to work in a hybrid role in Arizona

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
