Special Education Instructional Coach, Unbound Academy (Remote) - $60,000/year USD

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, revising, and overseeing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in complete accordance with Arizona state standards
• Managing accommodations and compliance requirements within a dynamic virtual learning model
• Facilitating high-energy, real-world virtual workshops on subjects such as entrepreneurship, storytelling, or wellness
• Providing one-on-one and small-group coaching to SPED students to strengthen confidence, executive functioning, and self-direction
• Working alongside our school team to refine how we support and empower exceptional learners

Basic Requirements

• Reside in Arizona
• Hold a valid Arizona Special Education teaching certification
• Minimum 3 years of experience writing and updating IEPs
• Experience coordinating accommodations and handling SPED compliance tasks
• Prior experience working with students aged 8–14
• Strong virtual presence and communication skills; on-camera confidence is essential
• Thriving in a fast-paced, tech-powered school environment
