Responsibilities

• 20% - Service: Participates in departmental, College, and University wide initiatives related to advising and student success by providing staff support, knowledge, and expertise to ensure a successful program. Assists with College recruiting and engagement programming as needed.
• 20% - Program Coordination: Plans and organizes student centered initiatives, programs, or events (e.g. outreach and developmental programming, orientation, bridge and transfer programs, advising communications
