STUDENT SERVICES OFFICER

Start date to be agreed with the successful candidate Elliott Hudson College is seeking to appoint a proactive and organised Student Services Officer to support the smooth running of our Post-16 provision. Acting as a key point of contact for students, staff, parents and prospective applicants, the successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support across areas including attendance, admissions, student bursaries and pastoral systems. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive difference to the experience, wellbeing and success of our students. Potential Applicants Should Have 5 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) or relevant Level 2 qualification.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to maintain accurate records and manage administrative processes efficiently.Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications.The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.A passion for supporting young people and helping them achieve their potential.
