Job Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary point of contact for students needing assistance, as requested.
- Provides support for helping general GARNET students navigate the University’s many processes and offices.
- Remains current with program area requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Plans, schedules, and coordinates all elements in student orientations, plus other GARNET meetings, activities, and events.
- Collections and reviews GARNET course materials including syllabi and course evaluations.
- Processes overrides for GARNET courses and responds to general inquiries for assistance.
Requirements
- Knowledge of University policies and procedures.
- Ability to direct and manage multiple complex activities.
- Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others in the University community.
