About the Role

The youth leader will help students in grades 7‑12 develop and build a lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ. This role includes teaching weekly life‑group and youth‑group lessons rooted in God’s Word, planning and executing engaging youth events, participating in annual summer camp and mission opportunities, mentoring volunteers, partnering with families, and providing prayer, counseling, and encouragement to teens.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and teach weekly life‑group and youth‑group lessons grounded in Scripture.
• Plan and execute fun youth events to engage students.
• Participate in annual summer camp and mission opportunities.
• Mentor and empower dedicated volunteers.
• Partner with families to provide resources for teens’ spiritual growth.
• Provide prayer, counseling, and encouragement to teens in all aspects of their lives.

$40,000 – $45,000 per year.
