Qualifications
- Exhibit the character qualities described in 1 Timothy 3:1–7, Titus 1:5–9, and 1 Peter 5:1–5
- Growing relationship with Christ evidenced by character (of greater importance than ministry competencies)
- Genuine desire to lead both middle and high school students into Christ-likeness
