About the role

Responsibilities
- Daily invoice reconciliation: Accurately enter and maintain daily invoicing data in FoodPro. Ensure consistency and accuracy of system data across multiple dining units. Identify and flag discrepancies or irregularities in system entries. Verify the accuracy of entered invoice data and make any necessary corrections to ensure invoice amounts reconcile with Auxiliary Accounts Payable reporting.
- Other Systems related work as assigned by management: Learn critical components of FoodPro to help maintain the system’s accuracy and integrity. Participate in special projects when required. Assist with dining commons menu maintenance or inventory counts when needed.

Skills

Schedule
- Office Hours are standard 8:00AM – 5:00PM Monday – Friday. A student in this role can expect their work schedule to accommodate their class schedule.
