Part TimeClermont, FlPosted 13 hours ago Real Life Christian Church Position Summary: Real Life Christian Church is seeking a passionate and organized Student Life Coordinator to join our Clermont Campus team. This part-time position (with potential to grow into full-time) reports directly to the Student Life Director/Pastor and plays a vital role in supporting Wednesday night programming and summer events. The Student Life Coordinator runs the behind-the-scenes logistics — check-in, safety, space coverage, set-up/tear-down, food, classrooms and the program volunteer team — freeing the Student Life Directors to be fully present with students and Small Group Leaders. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable on stage and passionate about helping students find and follow Christ!! Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the program volunteer teamOversee check-in ensuring volunteers are equipped and issues resolved quicklyServe as point of contact with the Safety TeamPartner with Directors on volunteer coverage of all spacesPartner with Directors on set-up and tear-downSchedule and coordinate foodUnlock and set up classrooms before the night and reset them afterwardHost games and make announcements as neededConnect with students and encourage them to returnRecruit, organize and lead the program volunteer teamMonitor food, game and ministry supplies and place orders as neededSupport Directors with events and special projects (Student Sunday, MS/HS Camp, etc.)Own the summer programming rhythm keeping relational momentum going year-round Qualifications: Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and commitment to serving in a Christ-centered environmentMember of Real Life Christian Church adhering to the Real Life Membership CovenantHigh School Diploma requiredPrevious volunteer or internship experience in a church or student ministry environment preferredStrong organizational skills with attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsComfortable on stage and able to connect with people of all agesAbility to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentHeart for service with a positive, can-do attitude Ready to Apply?
