About the Role
The Department of Rehabilitation Sciences is hiring a “student lab assistant” on the Tulsa campus beginning this Fall.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of all lab spaces, including sanitizing surfaces, organizing, and maintaining the organization of lab supply closets, laundry management, and equipment.
- Track supplies and relay needed inventory to the site coordinator.
- Report any faulty equipment, doors, or lighting to the site coordinator.
- Other duties as required by lab professors or site coordinator.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma.
- Hiring is contingent upon verification of current student status.
Qualifications
- OTD or DPT student with a 3.5 or higher GPA.
- In good standing with the College.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and move equipment safely when needed.
- Will be on campus for Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters.
Pay
Targeted salary of up to $15.00/hour, based on education and experience.
Schedule
An average of 5 hours/week, one hour per day, preferably after the completion of that day’s labs.
