Responsibilities

  • Support Programmer Analysts with the design, development, and support of business applications and systems
  • Cookordinate and organize meetings, technical discussions, and project activities for the team
  • Take notes during meetings and use AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to summarize information into clear, actionable insights
  • Assist with reviewing client work requests and help estimate effort using standard methodologies
  • Collaborate with internal teams and business users to support application usage and troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (graduating May 2028 or later); also open to Master’s students.
  • Interest in AI automation and emerging technologies; familiarity with tools like Microsoft Copilot or similar is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Able to quickly learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • A Qualified Candidate Will Be pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline with an expected graduation date of May 2028 or later
  • Be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during regular business hours; up to 40 hours a week may be available during the summer and school breaks
  • Have a high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to protect highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Must be able to meet regular deadlines
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Benefits

Student Interns are employed on a temporary basis and are generally not eligible for some benefits; including holiday pay.

Schedule

Scheduling of work hours and assignments should be made taking into consideration that Student Interns are students first and employees second.
