Student Engagement Administrator
About the role
The opportunity is for a Student Engagement Administrator at the University of the Arts London (UAL), supporting the Study Abroad and Preparation Programmes (SAPP).
Responsibilities
- Administer the SAPP application and enrolment process
- Provide advice, guidance, and encouragement to students
- Support marketing and conversion activities to increase enrolment
- Liaise with students, course tutors, and other key College/University contacts
- Liaise with external international partners supporting the recruitment of students for SAPP courses
- Assist with the organisation of events
Requirements
We are looking for a hard-working individual with a strong customer focus, possessing previous experience of student or customer records administration and delivering student advice within an academic environment. Experience of international education (or experience of work within this field) is essential. Educated to degree level (or with relevant professional experience), you will possess strong IT skills, including a high-level of competency in MS Office. You will be capable of working independently and without direct supervision, using your problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions to new or unique problems. You will also possess excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
