About the role

Become certified as a Nurse Aide for free. Classes last 17 days with no absences allowed. Maintain a 85% average to stay in the course. Criminal background check and abuse registry consultation are conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic care to patients
• Assist with personal hygiene
• Monitor patient health and report changes
• Follow safety protocols

Requirements

• Completed Application
• Valid Photo Identification
• Social Security Card
• No felony convictions, certain misdemeanor charges, or abuse registry entries

Qualifications

Class selection is based on facility needs, shift availability, entrance exam scores, flexibility, and attitude.

Schedule

Classes are held 17 days, with no absences allowed. Employment opportunities available after successful completion of the course, including 1st Shift (7 a.m. – 3 p.m.), 2nd Shift (3 p.m. – 11 p.m.), and 3rd Shift (11 p.m. – 7 a.m.).
