Job Details
To be considered for the state certified nurse aide training program, please provide the following at the time of your interview:
- Completed Application
- Valid Photo Identification
- Social Security Card
The class is only 17 days long, and no absences or tardiness are permitted. A grade average of 85 is required to continue in the course. Books and supplies amounting to $30 will be needed as a deposit on the first day of class and will be returned upon graduation. Additionally, one set of scrubs must be purchased for daily use during the course and clinical sessions.
A criminal background check and consultation with the Tennessee and/or National Abuse Registry for Children and Adults will be conducted. Individuals with felony convictions, certain misdemeanor charges, and/or those found on the abuse registry are not eligible to participate in the class.
