We need to output HTML fragment with sections only where there is real specific content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc as headings; fold minor metadata into short

or drop. We need to preserve all substantive information, remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, navigation, cookie, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "How To Apply", "CLOSING DATE", "JOB SEARCH CATEGORY", "EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY", etc. Also remove "Cuny Title Overview" maybe? That is substantive? It describes role; could be part of Responsibilities or Qualifications. We need to decide. We have sections: About John Jay College (description of institution) maybe part of About the role? Could be "About the role" includes description of position and college. The posting includes "About John Jay College" and "About The Position". We can combine into About the role. Responsibilities: many bullet-like paragraphs describing duties: building team, partnering with faculty, student relationship management, faculty engagement, campus engagement, talent pipeline management, student career readiness, employer-connected experiential learning, data assessment & reporting. Requirements: qualifications: Bachelor's degree and six years' related experience required; Master's preferred; other qualifications list. Skills: maybe list of skills from other qualifications: organizational, time management, program/project management, data collection, analysis, visualization, reporting, research, interpersonal, verbal, written communication, professionalism, team-oriented, ability to travel, weekend/evening commitments, proficiency in web-based tech, Handshake, VMock, EAB navigate, etc. Benefits: described in "Compensation And Benefits" section: salary range $76,848 - $133,558, salary commensurate with education and experience, CUNY benefits contribute significantly, health plans, retirement/pension, tuition waivers, paid time off, academic/arts/athletic programs. Pay: we have salary range; we could put Pay section with that range. Benefits separate. Schedule: not mentioned; no schedule info, so omit. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience" as heading content; but we can include Pay section with actual range. We must not include placeholder like "not specified". So we include Pay with the range. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

Student Career Program Manager. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

About the role

John Jay College of Criminal Justice is a senior college of the City University of New York (CUNY) led by President Karol V. Mason, and an internationally recognized leader in educating for justice. John Jay is a federally designated Hispanic-serving institution, it is ranked third in the nation in Black student success, and it is a top ten institution for promoting student social mobility. John Jay serves a diverse and dynamic student body of 15,000 students that includes nearly fifty percent first‑generation college students, immigrants, low‑income students, and other historically under‑represented groups.

Reporting to the Director of the Career Learning Lab, the Associate Director serves as the key link between the Career Learning Lab and academic departments campus‑wide — partnering with faculty, program coordinators, advisors, and employer‑facing colleagues to prepare students for paid, career‑aligned experiential learning. In this role, you'll build and lead a team of career industry advisors while cultivating strong relationships with Department Chairs, Faculty, Internship Coordinators, Academic Advisors, Program Directors, and leaders across Honors, Research, and Undergraduate/Graduate Programs. You'll work closely with academic leadership to identify and engage students for internships, apprenticeships, entry‑level roles, fellowships, co‑ops, capstone projects, and other applied learning opportunities. You'll also serve as a bridge between the classroom and career readiness — learning departments' curricula, student skill sets, and career pathways inside and out, then finding creative ways to weave employer engagement and career development directly into academic life, from classroom presentations to industry‑sponsored projects.

Then Responsibilities: we can break into subheadings? But only allowed headings are those listed; we can't add custom headings. So we need to put all responsibilities under a single

with

That's a lot; we can keep as list items. Now Requirements: maybe combine Qualifications and Other Qualifications under Requirements heading? The instruction: Use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need separate sections for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. But we have overlapping content. We need to decide what goes where. Typically: Requirements = mandatory qualifications (education, years experience). Qualifications = preferred qualifications (Master's preferred). Skills = abilities, competencies. Let's parse: Qualifications section in posting: "Bachelor's Degree and six years' related experience required. Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of experience in career services, corporate recruiting, human resources, marketing, business, and/or a related field are required. Master's degree is preferred." Other Qualifications list many items: Experience connecting academic programs and curricula to employer workforce needs, Experience developing internship, experiential learning, or early-career talent pipelines, Experience with university recruiting, employer engagement, or workforce development, Knowledge of career readiness competencies and student career development, Experience working with diverse student populations in a higher education environment, Knowledge of labor-market trends and emerging workforce needs, Experience developing scalable systems for student outreach, sourcing, engagement, and placement, Experience with marketing including creation of collateral materials, social media channels, and reporting on analytics, Proficiency in web-based technology, career base applications and/or platforms such as Handshake, VMock, and EAB navigate, Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally, Ability to participate in weekend and evening commitments, Excellent organizational, time management, and program/project management skills, Proficiency in data collection, analysis, visualization, reporting and data management tools (i.e. Qualtrics, CUNYFirst, etc.), Ability to work independently and as part of a team, multi-task, strong attention to details and meet deadlines, Must have strong research, organizational, technical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, High degree of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and team-oriented attitude. CUNY Title Overview maybe not needed. Thus we can assign:

    Requirements

Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of related experience required. Experience must be in career services, corporate recruiting, human resources, marketing, business, or a related field.

    Qualifications

    Master's degree preferred.

But also maybe include "Experience connecting academic programs..." etc as Qualifications? However those are more like skills/experience. Could go under Skills. Better: Requirements = education + years experience. Qualifications = Master
