About the role

The STUDENT ATHLETE ADVISOR LEAD-FOOTBALL ATHLETICS will manage and supervise football advisors, support staff, and provide training to other student-athlete advisors. They will also manage performance evaluations for football advisors annually, coordinate football student-athlete orientation, perform eligibility evaluations, serve as a point person for evaluations for transfer football student-athletes, provide counseling and advising to student-athletes on major and career planning, and maintain accurate and timely information on academic progress. Additionally, they will serve on campus committees and complete projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise football advisors, support staff, and provide training to other student-athlete advisors.
  • Manage performance evaluations for football advisors annually.
  • Cook up football student-athlete orientation and perform eligibility evaluations.
  • Serve as a point person for evaluations for transfer football student-athletes.
  • Provide counseling and advising to student-athletes on major and career planning.
  • Maintain accurate and timely information on academic progress.
  • Serve on campus committees and complete projects as assigned.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with all student athletes, coaches, and faculty.

Requirements

A Master's degree in a related field and four (4) years of related experience are required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirements.

$51,270 - $73,364 Annual Salary
