Student Associate - Junior Enterprise Site Support Engineer
We have an immediate opening for an IT Support Representative in our Enterprise Site Support Team at the ITS corporate headquarters in Reno, NV. This is an on-site opportunity; hybrid or remote work will not be considered.

Responsibilities
- Handle tier I and tier II desktop support, technical user support, deskside support, and cloud user support.
- Work on support requests from employees experiencing issues with computers, software, and peripheral equipment.
- Resolve issues using diagnostic and work order tracking tools, including hands-on desktop support.
- Work on technology issues with varying complexity, analyzing situations, business processes, or data to identify solutions.
- Follow troubleshooting methodology to identify symptoms, scope, cause, and solution to IT issues.
- Effectively communicate the status of reported problems to all necessary parties.
- Exercise solid judgment considering system functionality, business processes, policies, and procedures to determine appropriate actions.
- Develop action plans and seek opportunities for improvement.
- Document troubleshooting steps, communications, and resolution details in tickets for future review.
Requirements
Desired Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of computer hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, and networks.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, and Office Applications.
- Working knowledge of Azure hosted environments, AzureAD, legacy Active Directory, and Windows server technologies.
- Ability to absorb and retain information quickly.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Prior help desk experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune is a plus.

This job operates in an office environment with an open seating floor plan. The role uses a computer, telephone, and other office equipment as needed.
