Responsibilities
- Support students in need through counseling and guidance
- Conduct assessments to identify areas of improvement
- Implement and monitor interventions to enhance academic performance
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive support plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with youth and families
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of educational psychology and child development
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
