Responsibilities

  • Support students in need through counseling and guidance
  • Conduct assessments to identify areas of improvement
  • Implement and monitor interventions to enhance academic performance
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive support plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with youth and families
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of educational psychology and child development
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
