Our St. Paul, Minnesota (MN) office is looking for a Structural Revit Technician for our nationally focused Building Structures team. We are seeking a motivated Structural Revit Technician who is eager to learn and grow within the structural design trade. This position is ideal for someone passionate about Building Information Modeling (BIM) and collaborative project delivery. Some of the project types include Manufacturing facilities, parking structures and others. Responsibilities Structural design/drafting assignments requiring working knowledge of structural design/drafting standards and practices, techniques in building structural, site structural, and structural elements in concrete, masonry, steel, and woodThis person will develop technical drawings and plans using RevitMay train and mentor CAD staffCoordinates work activities to maintain schedules and ensure quality controlDevelop familiarity with Kimley-Horn’s practices, procedures, and standards Qualifications Experience using Revit (bonus for Revit Structural experience)1+ years of experienceGeneral understanding of AutoCAD (experience preferred but not required)Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams and Bluebeam softwareEffective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environmentAbility to manage tasks and deadlines effectivelyA team player who values collaboration and clear communicationInitiative-taker looking for a fast-paced environmentSomeone who can adapt to evolving project needs and contribute to innovative solutionsA detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work Preferred Experience with NavisworksFamiliarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud workflowsKnowledge of Revit family creation or ability to edit and create familiesExposure to BIM processes and coordination practices Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 Why Kimley-Horn?
