AEC Resources is seeking an Architectural Revit Technician to join a growing design team in Minneapolis. This role offers the chance to work on a wide variety of commercial and institutional projects while collaborating with experienced architects, project managers, designers, and in-house engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit
  • Create and maintain detailed BIM models
  • Produce plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules
  • Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines
  • Support Project Architects and Project Managers throughout project delivery
  • Incorporate design revisions and consultant coordination
  • Assist with permitting and construction document packages
  • Participate in QA/QC and drawing coordination
  • Help resolve documentation and coordination issues

Requirements

  • Architectural drafting, design, or production experience
  • Strong Revit skills
  • Experience developing architectural construction documents
  • Understanding of architectural detailing and building systems
  • Ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines
  • Commercial, institutional, or other building project experience (beneficial)

Pay

$63,200 – $89,850
