AEC Resources is seeking an Architectural Revit Technician to join a growing design team in Minneapolis. This role offers the chance to work on a wide variety of commercial and institutional projects while collaborating with experienced architects, project managers, designers, and in-house engineers.

Responsibilities
- Develop architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit
- Create and maintain detailed BIM models
- Produce plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines
- Support Project Architects and Project Managers throughout project delivery
- Incorporate design revisions and consultant coordination
- Assist with permitting and construction document packages
- Participate in QA/QC and drawing coordination
- Help resolve documentation and coordination issues

Requirements
- Architectural drafting, design, or production experience
- Strong Revit skills
- Experience developing architectural construction documents
- Understanding of architectural detailing and building systems
- Ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines
- Commercial, institutional, or other building project experience (beneficial)

$63,200 – $89,850
