Structural Revit Technician

Key Skills

• HND/HNC in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• A demonstration of relevant structural Revit experience.
• Ability to deliver projects through to completion, and work within a multidisciplinary consultancy.
• Be involved in BIM strategy for the office and contribute to BIM processes.
• Come from a strong structural engineering background, having a minimum of 5 years working as a structural technician using Revit and CAD.
• Technically competent with the modelling and draughting of structures to current design standards.
• Have previous experience working on residential, commercial, industrial building structure projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work and analyse 2D /3D projects.
• Experience of detailing using concrete, steel and masonry.
• Able to mentor more junior CAD staff in the use of Revit/CAD.
