• Mentor and share expertise: Support the development of younger staff by offering guidance, insights, and feedback in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong structural engineering knowledge and experience leading projects and project teams.
• Brings expertise that can guide and mentor colleagues, helping them grow professionally.
• Holds a Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Structural Engineer (S.E.) license, or equivalent experience in structural leadership and project execution.
