- Lead and guide projects: Oversee structural projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client needs.
- Collaborate with project teams: Work closely with engineers, designers, and drafters to coordinate efforts, solve problems, and deliver exceptional results.
- Mentor and share expertise: Support the development of younger staff by offering guidance, insights, and feedback in a collaborative environment.

Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong structural engineering knowledge and experience leading projects and project teams.
- Brings expertise that can guide and mentor colleagues, helping them grow professionally.
- Holds a Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Structural Engineer (S.E.) license, or equivalent experience in structural leadership and project execution.
