Structural Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage the structural team in engineering and drafting tasks for various projects.
- Provide structural design, either directly or indirectly, to other members of the project team.
- Be the primary conduit for project coordination tasks internally within the structural team and externally with other disciplines, such as architecture, MEP.
- Manage the project during the Construction Administration Phase, reviewing/shop drawing reviews, RFI’s, site visits, OAC meetings as needed during the construction phase.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with Structural emphasis. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Structural Engineering license, S.E. in your state of residence, if applicable.
- A minimum of 5+ years of full-time progressive structural engineering experience is required. Three or more years of experience in multi-discipline project team leadership preferred.
- For California positions, experience working with the California Division of the State Architects (DSA) is highly desired.
- Strong understanding of state building codes and all applicable design codes including ASCE, AISC, ACI, MSJC, NDS, etc.
- Proficiency in common structural engineering and office tools including ETABS, SAFE, RISA, RAM, ENERCALC, Excel, Bluebeam, etc.
- Proficiency in design of various structural materials including steel, concrete, masonry, wood etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Benefits
We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package. The actual offered base salary for California locations will vary depending on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, work location, and internal equity. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role will be at or near the top half of the range provided, but the decision will be dependent on the factors of each individual case. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses in addition to base salary and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits. The salary range for this position is $110,930.00 - $166,395.00.

The actual offered base salary for California locations will vary depending on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, work location, and internal equity. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role will be at or near the top half of the range provided, but the decision will be dependent on the factors of each individual case.
