About the role

Ekedal Concrete, Inc. is seeking experienced Structural Concrete Carpenters and Laborers in the South Orange County, CA area. The roles involve building forms for poured-in-place walls and performing ground-level tasks on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Building forms for poured-in-place walls
• Breaking and repairing finished concrete
• Moving material and digging
• Tying rebar, if needed
• Using power tools safely
• Running crews for structural concrete

Requirements

• Experience with power tools
• Comfortable building forms
• Proficient in pouring, setting, and leveling concrete forms
• Experience in poured-in-place walls preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
• On-site presence from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday

Qualifications

• Concrete Carpenter: 1-2 years minimum for apprentice level
• Laborer: No prior experience necessary, but helpful if comfortable with saw, hammer, nail gun

Pay

• Concrete Carpenters: Starting at $25+/hr
• Laborers: Starting at $22+/hr
