Job Summary

We are a leading structural repair company serving Southern California. We specialize in foundation reinforcement, hillside stabilization, seismic retrofitting, and structural framing. We’re growing fast and seeking driven individuals to join our team as Structural Project Development Consultants. This is a commission-only role with high-quality, inbound leads. No cold calling. Top consultants earn $100K–$200K+, with our best performers exceeding $350,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified leads (homeowners, contractors, real estate professionals).
• Conduct on-site evaluations of foundations, hillsides, and structural framing.
• Develop customized solutions within client budget and structural needs.
• Present proposals and close high-value structural repair projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, permitting, and production teams post-sale.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up as needed.

Requirements

• Background in construction sales, inspections, or estimating (foundation/structural preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Familiarity with structural systems or permitting (training provided).
• Reliable transportation and valid CA driver’s license.
• Able to access crawlspaces, slopes, or challenging job sites.

Pay & Benefits

• Commission-based pay: $80,000 – $350,000+ annually
