We specialize in foundation reinforcement, hillside stabilization, seismic retrofitting, and structural framing. We’re growing fast and seeking driven individuals to join our team as Structural Project Development Consultants. This is a commission-only role with high-quality, inbound leads. No cold calling. Top consultants earn $100K–$200K+, with our best performers exceeding $350,000 annually. ________________________________________ Responsibilities Meet with pre-qualified leads (homeowners, contractors, real estate professionals). Conduct on-site evaluations of foundations, hillsides, and structural framing. Develop customized solutions within client budget and structural needs. Present proposals and close high-value structural repair projects. Coordinate with engineering, permitting, and production teams post-sale. Maintain CRM records and follow up as needed. ________________________________________ Requirements Background in construction sales, inspections, or estimating (foundation/structural preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and results-driven. Familiarity with structural systems or permitting (training provided). Reliable transportation and valid CA driver’s license.
