Position Summary
This position is responsible for the administrative oversight, visioning, leadership, planning, coordinating and control of the Streets Division; to ensure essential services are provided to maintain the public infrastructure to provide for public safety, health, and welfare. This position is required to manage projects in the field.

- Oversee the Streets Division, ensuring essential services are provided to maintain the public infrastructure.
- Manage projects in the field, including planning, coordinating, and controlling activities.
- Provide leadership and direction to staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Ensure the Streets Division meets all regulatory requirements and maintains high standards of service.
Requirements
- Eight (8) years’ work experience in public works.
- Five (5) years of directly related progressively responsible supervisory experience.
- A combination of higher education for experience may be considered.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- An associate degree in Engineering, construction management, or a closely related field preferred.
- A Preferred Class B CDL driver’s license.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of public works regulations and best practices.
